Tia-Clair Toomey is an Australian athlete and three-time CrossFit Games champion. She also competed in weightlifting at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio. Toomey has a background in track and field and represented Australia at the 2013 World Athletic Championships. She is considered one of the fittest women in the world.
