Reginald Purdell
Reginald Purdell was an English actor and director, born in 1895. He appeared in over 70 films between 1920 and 1949, including roles in Hitchcock's "The 39 Steps" and "Jamaica Inn". In addition to acting, Purdell also directed several films and served as a combat photographer in World War II. He died in 1953 at the age of 58.
