Philip Friend (1915-1987) was a British actor and director known for his appearances in films, stage productions, and television shows. He starred in numerous films including "The Four Feathers" (1939), "The Black Shield of Falworth" (1954), and "The Royal African Rifles" (1953). Friend also directed several plays and television programs in the 1960s and 1970s.
