Norman Wisdom was an English actor, comedian and singer-songwriter who rose to fame in the 1950s and 1960s with his acclaimed roles in the film industry. He was famous for portraying the character of Norman Pitkin, a hapless underdog, in his films. He passed away in October 2010.
