Mimoun Oaïssa is a Dutch actor, writer, and director of Moroccan descent. He is best known for his role in the film "Shouf Shouf Habibi!" and for co-writing and co-directing the play "I Am Amsterdam". Oaïssa is also a political activist, advocating for the rights of immigrants and refugees in the Netherlands.
