Maria Luísa Mendonça is a Brazilian academic, activist and filmmaker. She is the director of the Network for Social Justice and Human Rights in Brazil, and a professor in international relations at the University of Rio de Janeiro. She received her PhD in Political Science from the University of Sao Paulo.
