Margot Kidder was a Canadian-American actress best known for her role as Lois Lane in the Superman film franchise. With a career spanning over five decades, she appeared in numerous films and television shows, earning critical acclaim for her performances. Kidder was also an outspoken advocate for mental health awareness, having publicly discussed her struggles with bipolar disorder. She passed away in May 2018 at the age of 69.
