James Dunn was an American actor born in 1901. He had a successful career in both film and television, with notable roles in films such as "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" and "Sisters." He won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1945 for his performance in "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn." Dunn passed away in 1967 at the age of 65.
