Jack Palance was an American actor known for his roles in films such as "City Slickers," "Shane," and "Sudden Fear." He won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in "City Slickers" and was also honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He passed away in 2006.
