Ian Fleming

Ian Fleming (1908-1964) was a British author and journalist, best known for creating the character James Bond. Before becoming a writer, Fleming worked as a banker and intelligence officer during World War II. He wrote twelve Bond novels and two short story collections, which have sold over 100 million copies worldwide.
