Halyna Hutchins was a Ukrainian cinematographer and filmmaker, known for her work on independent films and documentaries. She was tragically killed on the set of the film "Rust" in October 2021, when actor Alec Baldwin discharged a prop gun during a scene, hitting Hutchins and director Joel Souza.
