Frank Gardner is a British journalist, author, and television presenter. He is best known for his work as the BBC's Security Correspondent, reporting on issues related to international security and terrorism. Gardner has also written several books, including "Blood and Sand" and "Crisis". In 2004, he was shot six times by Al-Qaeda operatives while reporting in Saudi Arabia, an experience that left him partially paralyzed.
