Francis Ford was an American businessman and politician who served as the first mayor of Los Angeles, California from 1850 to 1854. He was also a delegate to the California Constitutional Convention in 1849 and a member of the California State Assembly from 1866 to 1878. Ford died in 1880 at the age of 67.
