Elizabeth Hoffman was an American academic and administrator. She served as the president of the University of Colorado System and was the first woman to hold that position. She was also a professor of English literature and a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in higher education. Hoffman passed away in 2021 at the age of 81.
