Clem Bevans was an American character actor who appeared in over 180 films throughout his career. He was often cast as a grizzled old-timer or eccentric character in films such as "The Great Dictator" and "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer". Bevans passed away in 1963 at the age of 84.
