Charlotte Rae was an American actress, singer, and comedian known for her role as Edna Garrett on the sitcoms "Diff'rent Strokes" and "The Facts of Life." She also appeared in numerous films, television shows, and stage productions. Rae passed away in August 2018 at the age of 92.
