Carl Switzer
Carl Switzer was an American actor who is best known for his role as Alfalfa in the "Our Gang" comedy shorts in the 1930s. Despite his success in showbiz at a young age, Switzer struggled with personal and professional setbacks throughout his later life and was tragically killed in a dispute over money at the age of 31.
