Cara Williams

Cara Williams was born in Brooklyn in 1925 and started her acting career in 1941. She appeared in numerous films and television shows throughout the 1940s, 50s and 60s, and is perhaps best known for her role as Gladys Porter on the TV series Pete and Gladys. Williams was nominated for an Academy Award for her role in The Defiant Ones. She is now retired from acting.
