Bill Hicks was an American stand-up comedian known for his confrontational style, dark humor, and social commentary. Born in Georgia in 1961, Hicks gained a following in the 1990s with his albums, tours, and television appearances. He died in 1994 from pancreatic cancer at the age of 32, but his legacy continues to inspire and influence comedians to this day.
