Ant Middleton is a British television personality, adventurer, author, and former soldier. He is best known for his role as the lead instructor on the Channel 4 series "SAS: Who Dares Wins." He also appeared in the survival reality show "Mutiny." Middleton is a former Special Forces soldier who served in the Royal Marines and the Special Boat Service.
