Angela Cartwright is an English-American actress and artist best known for her roles as Brigitta von Trapp in the 1965 film "The Sound of Music" and as Penny Robinson in the 1960s television series "Lost in Space". Later in her career, Cartwright became an accomplished photographer and writer. She was born on September 9, 1952, in Altrincham, Manchester, England, and is now 68 years old.
